For some reason we as women spend money on many things such as hair, nails, shoes, and clothes but will not invest in products that will help improve our skin over time. Yes there are thousands of products on shelves that promise us youth and firmer skin but cost a small fortune to obtain it. So I have listed a few skin tips that cost you a little of nothing
1. Sleep: Getting in the correct hours of sleep will help you look and feel more refresh
2. Water: For proper hydration make sure you are drink the correct ounces of water for your body weight and size
3. Sun: Make sure you protect your skin with sun screen and limit the number of hours in the sun
4. Diet: Your waist line is not the only thing that tells whether you are eating a balanced diet or not. When you consume a lot of fatty foods your skin tends to have more break outs
5. Stress level: For me I have noticed that when I am stressing I usually have more breakouts..so stress less for clearer glowing skin
